1. Develop engineering documentation and design to upgrade existing plant to comply to requirements of Nestle
and similar companies for Wet Mix quality SMP – add capability for Bulk Institutional Supply to such companies:
o Basic Design Documents (existing and proposed)
Process Block Diagram/ Flow Sheet for all process equipment
P&ID of various sections
Layout and Elevation (Building and Equipment)
Zoning Layout
Man Material movement layout
Lighting
Clean Rooms
o Design of New Infrastructure (must for compliance)
AHU Units for Gulab Jamun
Sifter Area
Pasteurizer and CIP Upgradation with SCADA and Data Logging
Civil Building Repairs
and other works needed for Nestle/ Mondelez compliance
Replacement of existing non-compliant infrastructure
if any
Quality Assurance and Quality Control Systems and Procedures
o Review of Layout drawings of new paneer
ice cream projects for any inputs and recommendations to achieve correct Zoning and GMP aspects
2. Support in procurement works
o Quantify the scope of work and cost – material and services into User Requirement Specifications (URS)
separate for each work scope
o Solicit suitable Vendor Offers (2 each) for each procurement
and develop Techno-commercial Comparison (TCC) with recommendations
3. Training to Factory Team
o Training on food safety
o Training on Hygienic engineering
o Training on automation (from operational point of view)
