Water

Dairies are water factories in disguise — milk is 87% water and whey 94%. We design plants that harvest it: RO/UF cascades recover permeate as process water, CIP recovery loops cut fresh intake, and every plant leaves with a water balance the operator can audit.

Energy

The cheapest megawatt is the one the process never asks for. Membrane pre-concentration before evaporation, vapor recompression, heat regeneration in pasteurizers, and refrigeration designed at honest loads — then solar on the roof once demand is lean.

Waste & by-products

Yesterday's effluent is today's product line. Whey became casein, lactose, and protein powders; fruit pomace becomes fiber; sludge becomes biogas feedstock. Where recovery isn't viable, ETPs are sized for the real effluent — not the average that looks good in a report.
