PMG Completes EPCM of Sustainable 400 BPM Bottle Washing Line for Leading Beverage Manufacturer

PMG Engineering has commissioned a 400 BPM (Bottles Per Minute) alcoholic beverage bottle washing facility in Karnal, Haryana, India for a leading MNC company in December 2024. The factory was set up to meet a new benchmark in speed, hygiene, and sustainable process design. This milestone project adds yet another chapter to PMG’s growing portfolio of high-performance engineering solutions for the beverage industry.


Launched in July 2023, this bottle washing factory was designed, engineered, and commissioned by PMG in the role of EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) partner. The line processes 400 used glass bottles every minute, aligning with the client’s focus on reuse, hygiene, and environmental responsibility.


What PMG Delivered:


·       Complete process design including P&IDs, layout, and integration with the existing bottling line

·       Selection and procurement of high efficiency washing equipment

·       Utility engineering for steam, water, compressed air, and caustic recovery systems

·       Full automation and instrumentation for precise process control of flow, pressure, and temperature

·       On-site coordination for civil, electrical, and instrumentation works in a running plant
