As an Assistant Development Executive – UI/UX Designer (Figma), you will take ownership of designing user interfaces and optimizing user journeys for web and mobile applications. This role is ideal for design professionals ready to contribute to live product environments, collaborate with development teams, and drive usability excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
  • Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Translate business requirements into user-centric design solutions.
  • Create and maintain structured design systems and component libraries.
  • Optimize user flows and improve product usability.
  • Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Conduct usability reviews and iterate based on feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design (web or app projects).
  • Strong proficiency in Figma (mandatory).
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout systems, and color theory.
  • Knowledge of responsive design and usability principles.
  • Portfolio showcasing product-based UI/UX work (mandatory).
