Development Executive

As an Assistant Development Executive – Python & Django, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining backend systems for web and enterprise applications. This role is designed for professionals who are ready to take ownership of backend modules, API development, and scalable architecture within a structured development environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Python and Django framework.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs for frontend and third-party integrations.
  • Write clean, optimized, and reusable backend code following best practices.
  • Manage database design, query optimization, and data integrity.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, and application security features.
  • Debug, test, and resolve backend performance issues.
  • Participate in system architecture discussions and module planning.

Qualifications

  • B.Tech/B.E./MCA/BCA in Computer Science or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Python and Django development.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture.
  • Experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL preferred).
  • Familiarity with Git-based version control systems.
