As a Senior Technical Manager – Project Management, you will be responsible for end-to-end leadership of complex industrial and factory infrastructure projects. This role demands strategic oversight, high-level decision-making, and accountability for project performance across technical execution, financial control, and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership for multiple industrial or factory projects simultaneously.
  • Define project execution strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure delivery within approved scope, timelines, quality benchmarks, and budget.
  • Lead senior-level coordination across process, civil, mechanical, electrical, safety, and drafting teams.
  • Oversee financial performance, cost forecasting, and margin protection.


Qualifications

  • B.E./B.Tech in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or related field).
  • 10+ years of experience in industrial or infrastructure project management.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, multidisciplinary projects.
  • Strong understanding of EPC / industrial project lifecycle management.
