As an Associate Technical Leader – Project Management, you will lead planning, coordination, and execution strategy for complex industrial and factory infrastructure projects. This role is designed for experienced professionals who are ready to drive project performance, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure delivery aligned with quality, cost, and timeline commitments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development and control of detailed project schedules and milestone plans.
  • Oversee coordination between civil, mechanical, electrical, process, safety, and vendor teams.
  • Drive project execution strategy to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct high-level project review meetings and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor contractor performance, quality compliance, and site execution standards.


Qualifications

  • B.E./B.Tech in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or related field).
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial or infrastructure project management roles.
  • Strong expertise in project lifecycle management and execution strategy.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools (MS Project or equivalent) and reporting systems.
  • Experience in client interaction and team leadership.
