As an Associate Technical Leader – Safety, you will lead Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) systems across complex industrial and factory infrastructure projects. This role is designed for experienced safety professionals ready to establish strong compliance frameworks, mentor safety teams, and ensure zero-harm project execution environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive project-specific safety management systems.
- Lead hazard identification, risk assessment, and mitigation planning activities.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee contractor safety performance and enforce PPE and work permit systems.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Engineering with specialization in Safety (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in industrial or construction safety leadership roles.
- Certification in Industrial Safety / NEBOSH / IOSH (advantage).
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and EHS regulatory frameworks.
