As an Associate Technical Leader – Electrical Engineering, you will lead electrical engineering strategy and execution for large-scale industrial and factory infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for experienced professionals ready to provide technical direction, mentor teams, and ensure delivery of safe, optimized, and high-performance power systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development and review of Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) and electrical system layouts.
  • Oversee load calculations, cable sizing, and power distribution planning.
  • Approve panel specifications and electrical technical documentation.
  • Provide technical guidance to Executives and Trainees within the electrical team.
  • Coordinate with civil, mechanical, process, and automation teams for integrated design delivery.
  • Lead technical discussions with clients, consultants, and vendors.
  • Review and approve vendor technical submissions and comparative evaluations.

Qualifications

  • B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in industrial or plant engineering projects.
  • Strong expertise in power systems, electrical design, and industrial distribution networks.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical documentation systems.
  • Experience in client interaction and technical team leadership.
