As an Associate Technical Leader – Mechanical Engineering, you will lead mechanical engineering design and execution strategy for large-scale industrial and factory infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for experienced professionals ready to provide technical direction, mentor engineering teams, and ensure delivery of optimized, compliant, and high-performance mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and review of mechanical layouts, piping systems, and utility routing designs.
- Oversee equipment sizing calculations and preparation of technical specifications.
- Approve HVAC, compressed air, steam, chilled water, and other industrial utility system designs.
- Provide technical guidance to Executives and Trainees within the mechanical team.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, process, and automation teams for integrated plant design.
- Lead technical discussions with clients, consultants, and vendors.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in industrial or plant engineering projects.
- Strong expertise in mechanical systems, industrial utilities, and plant layout integration.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and engineering documentation systems.
- Experience in client interaction and technical team leadership.
