As an Associate Technical Leader – Civil Engineering, you will lead the planning, design, and execution strategy of civil and structural systems for large-scale industrial and factory infrastructure projects. This role is suited for experienced professionals ready to take technical ownership, mentor teams, and ensure timely, compliant, and optimized project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead preparation and review of civil and structural design drawings.
- Oversee foundation systems, RCC/steel structural design coordination, and detailing.
- Approve quantity estimations, BOQs, and material specifications.
- Provide technical guidance to Executives, Trainees, and site engineers.
- Coordinate with process, mechanical, electrical, and project management teams for integrated delivery.
- Lead technical reviews with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, structural standards, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in industrial, factory, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong expertise in structural systems and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural documentation processes.
- Experience in client interaction and technical team leadership.
