As an Assistant Business Executive – Marketing & Sales, you will play a key role in expanding the organization’s footprint in industrial and factory infrastructure projects. This position is designed for professionals ready to take ownership of lead generation, client engagement, proposal management, and revenue growth within the engineering services domain.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
  • Prepare capability presentations, technical proposals, and commercial submissions.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to develop customized client solutions.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and sales pipeline trackers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth strategies.


Qualifications

  • BBA/MBA/B.Tech/B.E. or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, business development, or industrial sales (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of sales pipeline and proposal management processes.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
