As an Assistant Technical Executive – Safety, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety standards across industrial and factory infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for professionals ready to take ownership of EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) systems, compliance audits, and on-site risk management in high-performance project environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project-specific safety plans and procedures.
- Conduct site safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations and statutory requirements.
- Monitor contractor adherence to safety guidelines and PPE usage.
- Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs.
- Investigate incidents and near-miss events; prepare root cause analysis reports.
- Maintain safety documentation, permits, and compliance records.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Engineering with specialization in Safety (preferred).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in industrial or construction safety (preferred).
- Certification in Industrial Safety / NEBOSH / IOSH (advantage).
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
