As an Assistant Technical Trainee – Project Management, you will undergo structured on-the-job training while supporting planning and execution of large-scale industrial and factory infrastructure projects.
This role is designed for engineering graduates who aspire to build a career in project engineering and project management within complex industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation and tracking of project schedules and milestone plans.
- Support coordination between civil, mechanical, electrical, process, and vendor teams.
- Help monitor daily site progress and compare against planned timelines.
- Assist in preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Support documentation of MOMs (Minutes of Meeting) and action trackers.
- Participate in risk identification and mitigation planning discussions.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or related field).
- Strong interest in project planning and execution management.
- Basic understanding of industrial or construction project workflows (preferred).
- Familiarity with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to MS Project or similar scheduling tools is an advantage.
