Technical Trainee

As an Assistant Technical Trainee – Electrical Engineering, you will undergo structured on-the-job training while supporting industrial and factory infrastructure projects.

This role is designed for fresh electrical engineering graduates who are ready to apply academic knowledge to real-world power distribution systems, plant electrical layouts, and project execution environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation and review of Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).
  • Support development of cable routing layouts and load schedules.
  • Assist in electrical panel specifications and technical documentation.
  • Support planning of power distribution systems for industrial facilities.
  • Assist in lighting layout preparation and basic lux level calculations.
  • Participate in coordination with civil, mechanical, and automation teams.

Qualifications

  • B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong academic foundation in power systems and electrical machines.
  • Basic understanding of industrial power distribution systems (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar drafting tools.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and engineering documentation tools.
