Technical Trainee

As an Assistant Technical Trainee – Civil Engineering, you will undergo structured training while actively supporting industrial and factory construction projects.

This role is ideal for fresh civil engineering graduates ready to move from academic learning into real-world industrial project execution and structural design coordination.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation and review of civil and structural drawings.
  • Support quantity take-offs and preparation of BOQs.
  • Assist in reviewing foundation layouts, structural detailing, and construction drawings.
  • Support site engineers in monitoring construction progress and quality standards.
  • Participate in coordination between civil, mechanical, and electrical teams.

Qualifications

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • Strong academic understanding of structural analysis and construction fundamentals.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drafting tools.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and engineering documentation processes.
