As an Assistant Technical Trainee – Process Engineering, you will undergo structured on-the-job training while contributing to live industrial and factory projects. This role is designed for fresh engineering graduates who are ready to transition from academic knowledge to real-world process design, plant engineering, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
- Perform basic process calculations under supervision (mass balance, utility loads, capacity planning).
- Support equipment sizing and preparation of technical specifications.
- Contribute to preparation of equipment lists and utility summaries.
- Assist in process layout planning and plant integration discussions.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, Food, or Process Engineering.
- Strong academic foundation in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and process design fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of industrial manufacturing or food processing systems (preferred).
- Familiarity with MS Excel and engineering documentation tools.
- Exposure to AutoCAD is an advantage.
