As an Assistant Technical Intern – Project Management, you will work closely with project managers and cross-functional engineering teams to support planning, coordination, and execution of industrial infrastructure projects.
This role provides structured exposure to real-time project workflows, scheduling systems, and stakeholder coordination in complex factory projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation and tracking of project schedules and timelines.
- Support coordination between civil, mechanical, electrical, and process teams.
- Help monitor project progress against planned milestones.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
- Support documentation of MOMs (Minutes of Meeting) and action trackers.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed B.E./B.Tech in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial) or related field.
- Strong interest in project planning and execution management.
- Basic understanding of construction or industrial project workflows (preferred).
- Familiarity with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to MS Project or similar scheduling tools is an advantage.
