Aging of wine

To give the wine that has already been made some distinctive qualities, wine ageing is a lengthy and delicate process. Starting with a wine that is already fit for intake, but with the potential for wine ageing to enhance its qualities. The wine is aged in stainless steel, oak, or ceramic barrels after fermentation.
