1.Panel structure

2.Electrical component

3.Types of Panels
1.HT panel

2.Power control centre panel
PCC panels draw power directly from transformers and regulate distribution across large food manufacturing facilities. Common in industries like dairy, snacks, beverage, oil, and grain processing, they enable:
- Load balancing
- Overload protection
- Safe startup and shutdown of critical equipment
3.Main LT panel
LT panels handle low voltage (up to 430V), distributing power from generators or transformers to various devices in the factory. Their applications include:
- Lighting systems
- Control units
- Utility equipment in food labs and packaging zones
4.MCC panel
MCC panels centralize control of motors used in food conveyor systems, homogenizers, mixers, pumps, etc. They include:
- Motor starters
- Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
- Circuit breakers, relays, meters, HMIs
