Platform testing

Platform test ensures the safety and quality of milk and milk products. From the moment raw milk arrives at the receiving area, known as the milk receiving platform or dock, it undergoes a series of tests. These tests are crucial for detecting contamination and preventing the distribution of unfit milk. "Platform Tests" assess the quality of incoming milk through organoleptic, or sensory, evaluations.
