The client needed an independent consultant to hold the overall schedule, cost and quality together and keep execution aligned to approved designs.

Solution

PMG was appointed as Project Management Consultant, deploying a project manager, planning manager, safety officer and civil, electrical and mechanical engineers to site. PMG built an integrated baseline schedule in MS Project, ran a RACI-based governance model, verified running bills, tracked cost and equipment delivery, and monitored quality and HSE across all contractors - reporting to the client daily, weekly and monthly.
