PMG Engineering Completes Detailed Engineering and Procurement for Golden Oil Industries' 180 TPD Margarine and Mayonnaise Factory in Nigeria

PMG Engineering has delivered comprehensive detailed engineering design and procurement and contracting support for Golden Oil Industries' greenfield margarine and mayonnaise factory at Sagamu, Ogun State, Nigeria. The new facility is designed for a production capacity of 180 TPD of margarine and mayonnaise, establishing a modern manufacturing base for these products. By providing the full engineering scope under one roof, PMG enabled a coordinated, well-integrated plant from the outset. This project adds another chapter to PMG's growing portfolio of food-factory engineering.

Executed between August 2025 and March 2026, the engagement saw PMG act as the detailed engineering and procurement partner for the greenfield facility, covering design across all disciplines and supporting the client through procurement and contracting.

What PMG Delivered:

· Detailed engineering design spanning masterplanning, process, utilities, HVAC, architecture, civil and structural, and electrical and instrumentation, executed under one roof with hygiene zoning built into the layout.

· Procurement and contracting support to help the client source equipment and contractors and translate the engineering design into an executable build.

By integrating every engineering discipline within a single team and embedding hygiene zoning into the facility layout, the design supports food safety, operational reliability, and efficient day-to-day operation. The unified approach helps reduce interface gaps between disciplines and supports a smoother, on-time path from design to construction.
