PMG Engineering has delivered integrated engineering design, project management, construction supervision and procurement services for Patanjali Food & Herbal Park Noida's greenfield mega food park at YEIDA, Uttar Pradesh. Conceived with a processing capacity of 200 TPD, the campus brings food, herbal, dairy and pharma operations together on a single, centralised utilities backbone. The standout achievement of this engagement was establishing a unified MEP design basis for a diverse campus served by shared utilities with N+1 redundancy and clear provision for Phase-2 expansion. This project adds another chapter to PMG's growing portfolio of food-factory engineering.

Executed between 1 January 2026 and 31 March 2026, the engagement saw PMG act as the client's end-to-end partner across engineering design, project management, construction supervision and procurement and contracting.

What PMG Delivered:

· Engineering Design — a unified MEP design basis covering utilities such as steam boiler and chilled water systems, configured with N+1 redundancy and Phase-2 provision across the food, herbal, dairy and pharma blocks.

· Project Management — coordinated planning and delivery oversight for the greenfield campus from concept through execution.

· Construction Supervision — on-site supervision to align construction with the approved engineering design and quality expectations.

· Procurement and Contracting — sourcing and contracting support for the equipment, utilities and services required by the build.

By standardising the utilities and MEP design basis across a multi-product campus, the project supports hygienic, food-safe operations alongside reliable and efficient utility performance, while the built-in redundancy and Phase-2 provision protect continuity and future growth.

PMG's work on this facility for Patanjali Food & Herbal Park Noida reinforces its position as a trusted engineering partner for large, multi-product food and beverage production facilities in India.
