PMG Engineering Completes 20 TPD Greenfield Almonds Factory for Zoh Foods International LLP in Mumbai
PMG Engineering has completed end-to-end engineering, procurement and project delivery for Zoh Foods International LLP's greenfield 20 TPD almonds processing factory in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Conceived as a new-build facility with a designed capacity of 20 tonnes per day of almonds, the project establishes a purpose-built production base for the client's almond processing operations. This milestone adds another chapter to PMG's growing portfolio of food-factory engineering.
Executed between July 2021 and April 2023, the assignment saw PMG engaged across the full project lifecycle through its Engineering Design, Procurement and Contracting, Project Management and Construction Supervision services.
What PMG Delivered:
· Engineering Design covering the process, layout and supporting systems for the greenfield almonds facility.
· Procurement and Contracting to source equipment and appoint contractors against defined technical and commercial requirements.
· Project Management to coordinate scope, schedule and stakeholders across the build.
· Construction Supervision to oversee execution on site and uphold quality and conformance to design.
Delivered as an integrated engagement, the facility was planned with food safety, hygiene and operational reliability in mind, supporting consistent, efficient and on-time production for the client.
