PMG Engineering Completes 600 KLPD Milk By-Products Factory for Bhole Baba Milk Foods in Masaka, Uganda

PMG Engineering has delivered end-to-end engineering design, procurement and contracting, project management and construction supervision for Bhole Baba Milk Foods' greenfield 600 KLPD milk by-products factory in Masaka, Uganda. The facility is designed to process milk into high-value dairy ingredients, including casein, lactose and whey. The successful execution of a greenfield project of this scale in East Africa marks a significant milestone for both the client and PMG's international project delivery. This project adds another chapter to PMG's growing portfolio of food-factory engineering.

Executed between August 2022 and December 2024, the engagement saw PMG act as an integrated partner across engineering design, procurement and contracting, project management and construction supervision.

What PMG Delivered:

· Engineering Design across the process and supporting systems for the milk by-products facility.

· Procurement and Contracting to source and contract the equipment and services required for the plant.

· Project Management to coordinate scope, schedule and stakeholders through the project lifecycle.
