PMG Engineering Delivers End-to-End Engineering for PCK Agri Venture's Greenfield Plant-Based Meat Factory in Indore

PMG Engineering has provided end-to-end engineering services for PCK Agri Venture Private Limited's greenfield plant-based meat factory at Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The project establishes a new facility with a capacity of 5 TPD of plant-based meat, taking the client's pilot batch process to a full-scale production plant designed to be scalable as demand grows. As a spice house moving into plant-based foods, PCK Agri Venture engaged PMG to translate an early-stage concept into a production-ready factory. This project adds another chapter to PMG's growing portfolio of food-factory engineering.

Executed from December 2024, PMG's engagement spanned the full project lifecycle, covering Engineering Design, Procurement and Contracting, Project Management, Construction Supervision, and Factory Assessments.

What PMG Delivered:

· Engineering Design for the greenfield plant-based meat factory, scaling the process from a pilot batch to a full production line.

· Procurement and Contracting support to source equipment and appoint contractors for the build.

· Project Management to coordinate the project from concept through to a production-ready facility.

· Construction Supervision to oversee execution on site and uphold quality during the build.

· Factory Assessments to evaluate readiness and support a smooth path to commissioning.
