A food factory project can look finished and still not be ready to run. Construction 90% complete, machines installed, walls painted, team celebrating — and then someone notices the drain. That single detail is enough to stop a handover, because once floors are laid and equipment is set, a drain in the wrong place is no longer a drawing correction; it is demolition.
The drain is rarely the only issue. When one small element has been left to be resolved on site, others surface with it: layouts clash, hygiene risks appear, and utilities don't connect. Each of these is cheap to fix on paper and expensive to fix in concrete, and each of them delays the date the plant starts earning.
