Workspace terms of use
PMG Workspace is a business platform provided by PMG Engineering Pvt Ltd ("PMG") to organisations on subscription, through a web application and mobile apps for Android and iOS. These terms apply to everyone who uses it.
Your account belongs to your organisation
Workspace is bought by an organisation, not by individuals. If you are using it as an employee or contractor, your account was created by that organisation. It decides which features are switched on, who may use them, and what data is entered — and it can grant, change or withdraw your access.
It can also see the records you create in it, including attendance, tasks, logs, documents and messages. Use Workspace as you would any other system your employer provides.
The subscription agreement governs
Each subscribing organisation has a separate written agreement with PMG covering commercial terms, service levels and data handling. Where anything on this page conflicts with that agreement, the agreement takes precedence.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload content you have no right to share, or that is unlawful.
- Do not attempt to reach another organisation's workspace, or data you have not been granted access to.
- Do not submit falsified records, including attendance entries intended to misrepresent where or when you were present.
- Do not probe, scan, or interfere with the service or the infrastructure it runs on.
- Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Your organisation's data stays its own
Content entered into a workspace belongs to the subscribing organisation. PMG does not claim ownership of it and does not use it to train models, target advertising, or build profiles. The platform itself — software, design and documentation — remains PMG's.
Availability
We work to keep Workspace available and correct, but the service is provided as-is except where the subscription agreement says otherwise. Features may change as the product develops; we will not remove something a customer depends on without notice to that customer.
