PMG Engineering Delivers End-to-End Engineering for Shellz India's 50 TPD Confectionery and Snacks Factory in Sonipat
PMG Engineering has provided end-to-end engineering for Shellz India Private Limited's 50 TPD confectionery and snacks factory in Sonipat, Haryana. Delivered as an expansion project, the engagement consolidates Shellz's confectionery and snacks operations into a single Sonipat hub, with reuse of existing infrastructure, automation, and dedicated allergen zoning to support consistent, food-safe production at scale. This project adds another chapter to PMG's growing portfolio of food-factory engineering.
Executed from 15 July 2025, PMG engaged across the full project lifecycle through an integrated model spanning Engineering Design, Project Management, Construction Supervision, and Procurement and Contracting.
What PMG Delivered:
· Engineering Design for the 50 TPD confectionery and snacks facility, including process and facility layouts with allergen zoning to safely separate production streams.
· Project Management coordinating scope, schedule, and stakeholders to consolidate operations into the single Sonipat hub.
· Construction Supervision to ensure execution conformed to the approved design and quality standards on site.
· Procurement and Contracting to source equipment and services and manage contracts across the project.
By integrating reuse of existing assets with automation and clear allergen zoning, the project is designed to support food safety, hygienic operation, and efficient, reliable production as Shellz consolidates its confectionery and snacks capacity.
