PMG Engineering Completes Engineering Design and Construction Supervision for Balaji Formalin Pvt Ltd's Greenfield Plant in Panvel

PMG Engineering has completed engineering design and construction supervision for Balaji Formalin Pvt Ltd's greenfield Formaldehyde and Para-Formaldehyde powder factory in Panvel, Maharashtra. The facility was developed as a new-build greenfield project with a rated capacity of 30 TPD, supporting the client's manufacturing operations in the region. Bringing a project of this nature online calls for disciplined engineering and close supervision through the critical commissioning phase. This project adds another chapter to PMG's growing portfolio of process-plant engineering.

Executed between May 2017 and August 2017, PMG's engagement combined Engineering Design and Construction Supervision, providing the client with end-to-end technical support from design through to commissioning.

What PMG Delivered:

· Engineering Design support for the greenfield facility, translating the client's requirements into a buildable, well-defined plan.

· Construction Supervision on site, overseeing execution and guiding the plant through its commissioning phase.

By pairing detailed engineering design with hands-on supervision, PMG helped the client work towards a safe, reliable and on-time start-up of the new facility, with an emphasis on quality execution at every stage.

PMG's work on this facility for Balaji Formalin Pvt Ltd reinforces its position as a trusted engineering partner for greenfield production facilities, bringing the same rigour and discipline it applies across its engineering practice.
