PMG Engineering has completed the HVAC systems upgradation for Lasenor India Private Limited's lecithin factory at Nagpur, Maharashtra. The 10 TPD facility, dedicated to the production of soya lecithin and emulsifiers, called for a carefully engineered upgrade of its heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems to support stringent food-grade processing conditions. By strengthening environmental control within the plant, the project helped reinforce reliable and hygienic production at a key ingredient-manufacturing site. This project adds another chapter to PMG's growing portfolio of food-factory engineering.
Executed between July 2018 and September 2018, PMG engaged across the full delivery cycle through Engineering Design, Procurement and Contracting, and Construction Supervision.
What PMG Delivered:

· Procurement and Contracting support to source equipment and engage contractors for the upgradation works.
· Construction Supervision through execution to ensure the works were carried out to specification.
Well-controlled HVAC systems are central to maintaining food safety, hygiene and process stability in an ingredient-manufacturing environment. A reliable, efficiently engineered upgrade supports consistent operating conditions and dependable day-to-day production at the facility.
