PMG Engineering Completes 40 TPD Milk Powder Factory Upgradation for Bhole Baba Milk Foods

PMG Engineering has completed the end-to-end engineering and project delivery for Bhole Baba Milk Foods' 40 TPD milk powder factory upgradation at Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India. The upgradation was carried out to strengthen the facility's capability to supply milk powder for Nestle, aligning the plant with the quality and reliability expectations of a leading multinational customer. This project adds another chapter to PMG's growing portfolio of food-factory engineering.

Executed between August 2021 and December 2022, the assignment saw PMG engaged across the full project lifecycle, spanning engineering design, procurement and contracting, project management, construction supervision, and factory assessments.

What PMG Delivered:

· Engineering design for the upgraded 40 TPD milk powder facility, defining the process, layout, and discipline engineering for the project.

· Procurement and contracting support, managing sourcing and contracting activities for the equipment and works required.

· Project management across the project window, coordinating scope, schedule, and stakeholders through to completion.

· Construction supervision at site, overseeing execution to keep the works aligned with the approved design and quality requirements.

· Factory assessments to review the facility against the standards expected for milk powder production destined for Nestle supply.
