PMG Engineering Completes Greenfield 400 BPM Bottle Washing Facility for Pernod Ricard India Pvt. Ltd at Dera Bassi, Punjab

PMG Engineering has delivered end-to-end engineering design, procurement and contracting, project management and construction supervision for Pernod Ricard India Pvt. Ltd's greenfield 400 BPM alcoholic beverage bottle washing factory at Dera Bassi, Punjab. As a newly built (greenfield) facility designed around a 400 bottles-per-minute washing line, the project establishes a purpose-built, hygienically engineered washing operation for the client's beverage production. This project adds another chapter to PMG's growing portfolio of food-factory engineering.

Executed between August 2022 and March 2023, PMG engaged on the project as a single-source engineering partner, spanning engineering design, procurement and contracting, project management and construction supervision from concept through commissioning.

What PMG Delivered:

· Engineering Design — detailed design of the greenfield bottle washing facility and its supporting utilities and process layout.

· Procurement and Contracting — sourcing of equipment and contractors and management of associated contracts for the build.
