PMG Engineering has provided Factory Assessments and Engineering Design services for ITC Foods Limited's biscuit, finger snacks, noodles, and chips manufacturing upgradation at Ranjangaon, Maharashtra. The project covered an upgradation to a 50 TPD production capacity, strengthening the facility's ability to produce a diverse portfolio of packaged food products. This engagement underscores PMG's capability to support established food manufacturers in modernising their production infrastructure. This project adds another chapter to PMG's growing portfolio of food-factory engineering.
Executed between 15 September 2023 and 31 October 2023, PMG's engagement was structured around two complementary disciplines: Factory Assessments and Engineering Design.
What PMG Delivered:
· Factory Assessments — a structured review of the existing facility to identify upgradation requirements and inform the design basis.
· Engineering Design — detailed engineering to support the upgradation to a 50 TPD manufacturing capacity for biscuits, finger snacks, noodles, and chips.
By combining a thorough facility assessment with disciplined engineering design, PMG aimed to support improved production reliability, efficient use of the existing facility, and adherence to sound food-safety and hygiene principles throughout the upgradation.
PMG's work for ITC Foods Limited reinforces its position as a trusted engineering partner for the upgradation and modernisation of food and beverage production facilities across India.
