Butteroil is the molten or clarified milk fat which is found in liquid phase in the room temperature . Butteroil is a fat recovered from butter and a good quality butter oil is identified by its rich golden yellow color. Butteroil was depicted in many myths and religious texts. It is used as a technique for the preservation of excess milk, and it is used as edible oil.
