Cheese

Cheese is a dairy product made by coagulating milk proteins, primarily casein, and separating the resulting curds from liquid whey. The curds are then typically pressed, shaped, and aged to develop flavour and texture.

There are many types of cheese, ranging from soft and creamy to hard and crumbly. Some popular varieties include cheddar, mozzarella, Swiss, brie, feta, and blue cheese, among many others. Cheese can be made from the milk of various animals, including cows, goats, sheep, and buffalo, and can be flavoured with herbs, spices, or other ingredients.

Cheese is a significant source of protein, calcium, and other essential nutrients. It is commonly used in cooking and as a topping for sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, and other dishes. Different cheeses have unique flavour and texture profiles, making them versatile ingredients that can add depth and complexity to a variety of foods.
