Understand usage-based billing, view invoices, and make payments.
Overview
PMG uses a usage-based billing model. Instead of flat
monthly subscriptions, you pay only for the apps each member actually
uses, calculated on a daily basis. This means your costs scale naturally
with your team's actual usage — no overpaying for unused seats or
features.

How Billing Works
Billing is calculated with a simple formula:
Each app has a daily price per user.
Every day, the system records which apps are enabled for each member.
The daily cost is: app price × number of active users
for that app.
At the end of each month, all daily charges are summed into a
monthly invoice.
For example, if 5 members have the Tasks app enabled at ₹2/day, that
app costs ₹10/day or roughly ₹300/month.
Tip: Disable apps that a member does not need — you
stop paying for them the same day. Re-enable at any time with no penalty.
