Project Settings — Setup & Analytics — Workspace
Create projects, manage team access, and define deliverables
Overview
Project Settings is the administrative backbone of Project Management. This
is where you create projects, add team members, define deliverables (scope
items), register external stakeholders, and configure per-member access
permissions for every app. Changes here directly affect what team members
can see and do across Tasks, Logs, Meetings, Documents, Cost, and all other
project tools.

Creating a Project
Navigate to Create Project and fill in:
Serial — a project number (e.g. 101, 102).
Title (required) — the project name.
Description — what the project is about.
Start Date and End Date — the project timeline.
Estimated Cost — the overall project budget.
Project Manager — the designated PM from your workspace members.
Members — select the team members who will work on this project.
On creation, the system automatically generates ProjectAccess
records for every member across all Project Management apps, giving them
default permissions.
