Checklists — Planning & Tracking — Workspace
Create reusable templates and execute quality checks
Overview
The Checklist app provides two complementary concepts:
Templates and Executions. A template
defines what to check — a reusable list of items that can be run
again and again. An execution records the actual checking — which
items passed, which need attention, and who verified the result.
This separation means you can define a "Design Review Checklist" template
once and execute it for every design package, each time recording
independent results.

Creating Templates
Navigate to the Templates tab and click Add Template:
Enter a title and description for the template.
Add checklist items — each with a title, optional description, and a required toggle.
Drag items to set their order.
Optionally tag the template for categorization (e.g. "QC", "Safety", "Design").
Save the template. It can now be used for any number of executions.
Note: Editing a template does not affect existing
executions — items are copied to the execution at the time of creation.
