Track formal document transmissions with response deadlines
Overview
Transmittals manage formal document transmissions between project parties —
clients, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. Each transmittal records
the direction (incoming or outgoing), purpose, documents included, and
response deadline. This creates an audit trail of what was
sent, when, to whom, and whether a response was received on time.
