Overview
The Vendors app is your comprehensive vendor registry —
a single place to manage every supplier, manufacturer, contractor, and
service provider your organisation works with. Beyond basic company details,
it tracks qualifications, documents, certifications, assessment scores, and
status through the full vendor lifecycle from initial registration to
approval or blacklisting.

Vendor Profiles
Each vendor record captures detailed company information:
Company details — name, address, website, and
general description.
Vendor type — classify the vendor as one of:
Manufacturer, Supplier, Contractor, Consultant, or Service Provider.
Categories — tag the vendor with product or
service categories (e.g. "Electrical Equipment", "Civil Works",
"IT Services") for easy filtering.
Registration details — registration number,
GST number (GSTIN), PAN number for tax and compliance records.
Financial information — annual turnover, credit…
