Manage factory workforce with skills, shifts, and attendance.
Overview
The Resources app manages your factory workforce — worker
profiles, skill taxonomy, shift definitions, line allocations, and daily
attendance. It supports both workspace-linked workers (who sync with the
Payroll app) and external contractors tracked by name and phone number
only. The allocation matrix and available-worker lookup tools help
production planners ensure adequate staffing for every line and shift.

Worker Profiles
Each worker is registered with a comprehensive profile:
Worker ID — auto-generated (WKR-0001,
WKR-0002, etc.).
Employment Type — permanent, contractual,
or temporary.
Skills — assign skills from the skill
taxonomy (e.g. Machine Operator, Electrician, Fitter, Welder).
Designation — the worker's job title.
Location — assigned building and section.
Contractor Name — for contractual and
temporary workers, the name of the contracting company.
Workspace User Link — optionally link to a
workspace member for payroll synchronisation. When linked, the
