Overview
The Materials app provides end-to-end material procurement and tracking.
It covers defining materials with measurement units and tags, managing
suppliers with contact details, organising warehouses within buildings,
receiving materials with full transport and invoice documentation, and
tracking each receipt through a multi-stage quality workflow. At every
stage, quantities are reconciled so operations teams always know how
much material is where and in what state.

Setup
Before receiving materials, configure the foundational data:
Material Tags — colour-coded tags for
categorising materials (e.g. "Chemical", "Steel", "Packaging").
Measurement Units — define the units used
for your materials (Kg, Metres, Litres, Pieces, etc.).
Vehicle Modes — transport vehicle types
used in material receipt (Truck, Container, Mini Van, etc.).
