Work From Home — Human Resources — Workspace
4-step WFH verification with planned vs actual work tracking.
Overview
The Work From Home (WFH) app provides a structured 4-step verification
process that ensures accountability when employees work remotely.
Unlike a simple approval, WFH requires the employee to plan their work
before the day and report what they actually accomplished
after the day. The manager then verifies the work and sets an
attendance value. This creates a clear record of productivity and feeds
directly into payroll attendance.

Step 1: Apply
The employee initiates a WFH request before the planned day:
Navigate to WFH → My WFH.
Click Apply WFH.
Select the date for working from home.
Toggle Half Day if applicable.
Enter the Planned Tasks — describe what you
intend to accomplish during the WFH day. This field is required.
Submit — the request is created with status
Pending.
Note: Only one WFH request per employee per date is
allowed. The system enforces this with a unique constraint.
