Hiring — Workspace Help
Run recruitment as a configurable pipeline — job openings, interview workflows, structured scorecards, documents, and offers.
Overview
The Hiring app is a lightweight applicant-tracking system. It turns
recruitment into a configurable pipeline — source, screen, interview,
decide, offer, and hire. HR managers build interview workflows
(one round, three rounds, five rounds — whatever a role needs), assign a
workspace member to each stage, and assign a workflow to each
candidate. Every interviewer submits a structured scorecard,
so decisions are collaborative, comparable, and defensible. Candidates are
external people with no login — HR and the assigned
interviewers drive the whole process.

Job Openings
A Job Opening is the requisition that candidates attach to.
To create one:
Navigate to Operations → Hiring and open the
Job Openings tab.
Click Add Opening and enter the
Title (e.g. “Backend Engineer”),
Department, the Hiring Manager, and
the Headcount (how many people you need for this role).
Add a description of the role, then save.
Each opening tracks its status — Open, On Hold, Filled,
or Closed — and shows how many candidates have been hire…
