Grievances — Workspace Help
Raise, track, and resolve workplace grievances — with an optional anonymous mode.
Overview
The Grievances app gives every workspace member a confidential channel to
raise workplace concerns — harassment, discrimination, safety,
compensation, working conditions, interpersonal conflict, management, or
policy issues. A grievance can be raised anonymously, and
either way the person who raised it can track its progress and converse
with HR privately. HR managers and workspace admins acknowledge each
grievance, discuss it in a threaded conversation, and move it through a
clear lifecycle to resolution and closure. Grievances are never shown on
the public Home feed — every notification goes only to the people
directly involved.

Raising a Grievance
Any workspace member can raise a grievance:
Navigate to Operations → Grievances and click
Raise a Grievance.
Enter a short Title describing the concern.
Choose a Category — Harassment,
Discrimination, Workplace Safety, Compensation & Benefits,
Working Conditions, Interpersonal Conflict, Management / Supervision,
Policy / Process, or Other.
Set a Priority — Low…
