What Are Notes?
Notes is a personal and collaborative note-taking tool
built into your workspace. Create rich-text notes with coloured
backgrounds, pin important notes to the top, organise them into folders,
and share with colleagues as editors or viewers.
Notes are accessible from the sidebar and from the Quick Access
panel in the right action bar on any page — so you can jot
down ideas without leaving your current workflow.

Key Features
Rich text editor — bold, italic, underline,
font sizes, alignment, bulleted and numbered lists, and image
insertion.
Colour backgrounds — choose from 7 colours
(white, blue, green, yellow, orange, pink, purple) to visually
categorise notes.
Pin to top — pin important notes so they always
appear first in your list.
Auto-save — changes are automatically saved
after 3 seconds of inactivity, so you never lose work.
Folders — organise notes into personal folders
for easy retrieval.
