Update your profile, manage notifications, and use direct messages.
Overview
Your profile is how other workspace members identify you, and your
notification preferences control what updates you receive. Both are
managed from the workspace settings and can be changed at any time.

Profile Settings
To update your profile, navigate to your account settings (click your
avatar in the top-right corner). You can edit:
Name — your display name shown in the feed,
comments, and member lists.
Profile photo — a square image that represents
you throughout the workspace.
Contact details — phone number, alternative
email address.
Position — your job title (e.g. "Site Engineer",
"Project Manager").
Function — your department or functional area
(e.g. "Mechanical", "Civil", "HSE").
Grade — your organisational level or grade code.
Note: Position, function, and grade are managed via
Organisation Tags set up by your workspace admin. If the value you need
is not available, ask your admin to add it.
