Modern gestures bring desktop-class ergonomics to phone and tablet.
Swipe to act on list items
On many lists — tasks, notifications, documents, assets and others
— drag a row to the left or right to reveal an action panel:
Swipe left — the row reveals a red
Delete panel. Lift your finger past the threshold and the
item is removed. A small toast at the bottom of the screen offers
Undo for a few seconds.
Swipe right — the row reveals a green
Archive panel (if archive applies to that list).
Swiping triggers a light haptic vibration on supported devices so you
know the gesture registered.
Long-press for a context menu
On the Project Management lists, press and hold a row for about half a
second to open a context menu with Edit, Duplicate and
Delete.
Sharing a record from the list
You do not have to open a record to send it to someone. Every row in a
list — and every card on a phone — carries a
share button in its actions, offering Copy link,
Share in chat and Share on WhatsApp. The link opens the
record's own page, exactly as if you had shared it from there.
